Of course I don’t believe in ghosts, or vampires or supernatural stuff. I believe in science, because it can be proved right or wrong.
But I also believe as either Horatio or Polonius (I’m sure you’ll tell me which ) that there are more things in this world than are dreamt of in your philosophy. Boy did I mangle that one.
The reason I even bring that up, this morning is that I started to hear the “help me” call again, even after the previous explanation (I really have to put these posts in chronological order) was explained. There was a woman on the floor above mine who refused to leave the rocking chair. And the resident whose room it was was crying “help me.”
So yesterday afternoon, it’s sort of my day off here, no PT, no activities I want to go to, nice and rainy outside so I can just do nothing much. Later my friend Matty came by and ate chocolate chip cookies and had good coffee and laughed about any number of things.
He’s a good pal because he gets my obscure 70’s references.
But anyway, before he arrived (and I didn’t even bother to tell him this) the “help me” cry went out again over and over. More muffled than at night, probably cause I had my windows open, but I decided to take my cell phone and record it.
First from my room, so you could hear it the way I do.
And then from the supposed source on the fifth floor.
I’ll try and figure out how to transfer it into the blog so you can hear it. Right now I have early PT.
And btw, yes, it did come out. So it’s not my imagination. In fact, it just started up again…
